When I was working in corporate America, I was suffering like everybody else lacking in travel wellness.
I gained unwanted weight, developed skin problems, frequently got sick, and always arrived jetlagged and exhausted.
And that’s because I didn’t know how to prepare for my trips, mistakes to avoid, or generally what to do before, during, and after travel.
Like most people, I would just pack my bags and go.
Getting to my next destination and being close to the conference center was all that mattered.
I continue to travel for work, but this time things are different – I don’t get sick and arrive feeling and looking 10 YEARS YOUNGER after even the most exhausting flight. I always feel refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated while conducting business on the go!
So, what changed?
I started focusing more on my wellbeing. By creating beauty and wellness routines that correspond with my travel itineraries, I’m able to achieve a full balance in all areas of my travel health.
